You've got mail

There's something about choosing to rest on your bed and watch a film you've seen a hundred times, that feels restorative. When I arrived at a hotel in Wrexham recently without the kids, I made a cup of tea, flopped onto my bed and turned on the TV. You've Got Mail was on. I'm sure I *should* have been doing something else, but it was exactly what I needed to do in that moment and it felt so good. 

That's what my weekly email is about. Coaching yourself to get more time for you - and to know that it's perfectly ok to put yourself first. I'd love to stay in touch.
